1. Who we are
Custom printing and merchandise production at printzona.cz is operated by eshoes.cz s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 21977305, registered office Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic ("PrintZona" or "we"). Contact: hello@printzona.cz, +420 608 333 979. Premises: Prague and Vienna (Ungargasse 50/7, 1030 Wien).
These terms apply to custom production: textile printing, merchandise manufacturing and related graphic services. Goods are made to order according to the customer's specification.
2. Conclusion of contract
a) Orders via the e-shop. Products from the online editor, the Shop page and club pages are ordered by adding them to the cart and completing checkout. By submitting the order via the button labelled with an obligation to pay you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by e-mail. Before submitting you see a full recap (items, prices including VAT, shipping and total) and can change any details. The contract is concluded in Czech; a confirmation with its content is sent by e-mail and the order is archived.
b) Custom inquiry. An inquiry (via the web form, e-mail or phone) is not binding. Based on it we send a quote with price, deadline and specification, usually within 24 hours on business days. The contract is concluded when you confirm the quote (by e-mail or by approving the proof). Until then you are not committed to anything.
3. Proof and approval
- Before production starts you receive a digital proof (a preview of the design on the product with dimensions and placement).
- We produce only after your explicit approval of the proof.
- The approved proof is binding: content, dimensions and placement matching the approved proof are not a defect. Changes after approval are possible only before production starts and may affect price and deadline.
4. Artwork and copyright
- The customer is responsible for the technical quality of supplied artwork; recommended parameters are described in our guide. We will point out unsuitable artwork and offer to fix it.
- By submitting artwork you declare that you have the right to use the design (copyright, trademarks, personality rights). The customer is liable for the legal compliance of the design and will indemnify us against third-party claims.
- We reserve the right to refuse production of designs that are unlawful, hateful or infringe third-party rights.
5. Prices and payment
In the e-shop prices include VAT and cover the print configured in the editor. You can pay by card online (processed by ComGate Payments, a.s.) or by bank transfer; transfer details are sent by e-mail. Shipping: Zásilkovna pickup point CZK 79, courier delivery CZK 129, personal pickup in Prague free; orders over CZK 3,000 ship free. Production starts after payment is received and our designer checks your artwork; if anything is unclear we contact you before printing.
- The price is always stated in the quote; for businesses excluding VAT with VAT itemised, for consumers including VAT.
- For larger or first orders we may require an advance payment; the balance is due per invoice.
- Produced goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Deadline and delivery
- The delivery deadline is part of the quote and runs from proof approval (and payment of any advance).
- We deliver in person in Prague and Vienna, or by courier across the EU; the method and cost of shipping are stated in the quote.
- For businesses the risk of damage passes on handover to the first carrier, for consumers on receipt of the goods.
7. Complaints
- Report obvious defects and quantity discrepancies as soon as possible, for businesses within 5 business days of receipt; consumers' statutory rights remain unaffected.
- A minor colour difference between the on-screen preview and the final print, caused by technology and material, is not a defect, nor is a feature explicitly approved in the proof.
- We resolve justified complaints primarily by reproducing the defective pieces, or by a discount or refund. Send complaints to hello@printzona.cz (attach photos and your order number); we resolve them within 30 days.
8. Cancellation and withdrawal
- An order can be cancelled before production starts; we only charge costs already incurred (graphic work, ordered textiles).
- As the goods are made to the customer's specification, consumers cannot withdraw within the 14-day period pursuant to Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code. Rights arising from defective performance remain unaffected.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Praha 1 (adr.coi.cz).
10. Final provisions
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the version effective on the day the order or quote is sent applies.
