1. Who controls your data
The data controller is eshoes.cz s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 21977305, registered office Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic ("we" or "PrintZona"). We operate printzona.cz and custom printing and merchandise production with premises in Prague and Vienna.

2. What data we process and why
a) Handling your inquiry and communication
When you send us an inquiry (via the form, e-mail, the online editor or by phone), we process your name, e-mail, phone number, company name or ID, message content and uploaded files (artwork, logos). The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without this data we cannot handle your inquiry.
We keep inquiry data for 3 years from the last communication, then delete it.
b) Order fulfilment and legal obligations
For completed orders we process invoicing data for the period required by accounting and tax law (up to 10 years). The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
c) Website analytics
With your consent given in the cookie banner we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymised traffic statistics; the legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by deleting cookies and making a new choice in the banner. We also keep our own anonymous statistics without cookies and without identifying any individual (legitimate interest in measuring site traffic, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who receives the data
- Hosting provider (Websupport s.r.o. / ACTIVE 24), whose servers run the website and e-mail.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), only with your cookie consent; transfers to third countries may occur under Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (ad measurement), only with your cookie consent.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their marketing.

5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time. Just write to hello@printzona.cz and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz, or with your local supervisory authority in the EU.
6. Final notes
We protect your data with technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, access limited to authorised persons, storage outside the public web space). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
